About the Home: Heated Pool and Spa! This modern, new construction, single-family house offers new amenities, appliances and features. Stay in a peaceful and clean abode with the entire place to yourself - the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Dallas or enjoy home! VERY IMPORTANT: There's a $100 PER DAY CHARGE to warm up Pool, no exceptions due to cost to heat up pool. NO EXCEPTIONS - NO CHARGE FOR SPA Home Layout: Single story home! Open layout living room/kitchen, guest full bath, and a private fully fenced backyard. Master room is an en suite with shower and large tub! Every bedroom has its own Smart TV. Unfortunately there's NO access to garage due to thats where we keep our personal items. Sleeping Arrangements: ☆ Primary Bedroom - Comfy, Queen Foam Mattress Mattress (Sleeps 2) ☆ Second Bedroom - Queen Memory Foam Mattress (Sleeps 2) ☆ Third Bedroom - Queen Memory Foam Mattress (Sleeps 2) ☆ Air Mattress (When requested) ☆ 1 Pack-N-Play Crib (When requested) Guest access Car rental or Uber/Lyft is recommended. The home's location provides amazing access to major highways for events and attractions! ► 15 miles to DFW Intl Airport ► 20 min to Cowboy Stadium / Range Stadium ► 20 min to Six Flags ► 20 min to downtown Fort Worth ► 25 miles to downtown Dallas ► 30 min to Love Field Airport There is plenty of parking in driveway in front of house. An additional car can also fit on the long, private driveway, plus free street parking. Other things to note FAQ's ► Is luggage drop-off allowed for early arrivals or late departures? - Yes when available. Luggage can be dropped off one hour before check-in (3:00pm). Please make sure to ask before showing up to ensure its available. ► Early check-in? - Unfortunately, our home is in high demand! Our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean and prepare the house for y'all so Early Check-In varies. Please ask and we will do everything possible to accommodate but fee may apply, otherwise check-in is 3pm ► Late check-out? - Due to high demand, our cleaning team needs the time to clean and prepare the house for the next guests. If you require late check out, it is $50 per hour after 11am, due to cleaning crew needs to bring in extra personal with late check out. Please request in advance, thank you  ► Are there coffee shops or restaurants nearby? - Yes! There are several chain restaurants 3-5 min drive but there’s also Texan local places, short 5-8 minute drive. Recommend Old West for breakfast / brunch. ► Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker? - While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on "Invite Friends" for more details.
